Contains precedents of pleading which 'I copied this collection of precedents from a copy taken by Kenyon, who lent me his manuscript in the summer of 1775. He had selected them himself from the precedents collected by Wallace W. Jones.' The sources here mentioned are James Wallace of Lincoln's Inn and Lloyd Kenyon, a barrister of Lincoln's Inn.
